Relaxing Into the Warm Water

It’s the end of 2017, and it’s time to relax.  If you’ve been working hard, playing hard, volunteering, or concentrating on your relationships or improving your life, give yourself a break!  You won’t actually be lying in warm water – you’ll just imagine it.

Do this guided visualization right before bedtime to completely relax and allow yourself to drift off to sleep afterwards.  You’ll wake up in the morning with vim, vigor and confidence!
