Isn’t it time to boost your ability to become highly successful in all your relationships?

Creating Healthy Relationships
Can Be Difficult
Madison was tired of being in a relationship where she wasn’t respected.  She felt like a prisoner – boxed in and not allowed to be herself.  As a result, the only time she felt free was when her husband was gone.  She found herself hoping and praying that he would leave on business trips more and more often.

Madison started imagining how much happier her life would be without her husband.  They didn’t go out like they used to and they didn’t laugh like they did when they were first together.  Something was very wrong.

What I Discovered About Relationships
I too spent much of my life with little confidence and relationships that did not work for me.  After an inevitable divorce, I began to look for what would work to bring me joy and happiness and lead to relationships with my mate, family and friends that fulfilled me and made me happy.

Self-Esteem for Dummies bookI discovered that being more confident and assertive were the skills I needed to learn in order to stand up for myself and have my needs and wants acknowledged and respected.

Because of my own growth, I created programs that have allowed me to teach over 15,000 people how to be more assertive and to create the relationships they desire.  My book Self-Esteem for Dummies in the Dummies series was another result of my past experiences and life journey.

Ten Lessons Over a 5-Week Period
The course has 10 lessons, and you’ll receive 2 lessons each week.  You can take as long as you need to complete each lesson.  Here’s what you’ll learn:

Lesson 1:  Achieving Healthy Relationships with Your Family

In the first lesson, you’ll start your journey by taking a short quiz to determine how self-confident you are.  This will help you see where you’re at on the confidence scale.  Then we’ll look at the essential tools you need to form healthy relationships with your family members.  You’ll learn the skills you need to act with confidence with your parents and siblings.

Lesson 2:  Is It Time to Commit?

To have a loving and satisfying relationship with a mate, you first need to imagine what that intimate relationship looks like for you.  You’ll learn the successful strategies to do just that by looking deep inside.  Also, we’ll cover the three essential things to consider before you commit to a new possible mate.

Lesson 3:  Creating a Deep Relationship With Your Mate

Once you’re in a relationship, how do you build the kind of healthy relationship that is most rewarding for both of you?  In this lesson, you’ll learn the three crucial actions that are needed to develop that deep relationship.  We’ll also cover what to do when things aren’t working out – how to be confident when dealing with conflicts and how to argue with your mate most effectively for best results for both of you.  And if the relationship just isn’t for you, you’ll learn how to leave the relationship in the best way possible.

Lesson 4:  Friendships for Happiness

Having friends is a good sign that your life is healthy and that you are thriving.  If your life is empty, it’s time to find those people you can best get along with and share interests with.   In this lesson, we’ll explore exactly how to create new friendships and how to be assertive with your new and old friends.

Lesson 5:  Conversation Made Simple

In forming new friendships, carrying on a conversation is the first way to connect.  Sharing your interests with someone who is like-minded is the heart of a good friendship.  If you’re tongue tied and have difficulty carrying on conversations, this lesson is for you.  First, you’ll learn where to find interesting things to talk about.  Then I’ll teach you how to start a conversation, carry on a quality conversation, and end it gracefully.

Lesson 6:  Are You Familiar with the Three Types of Personality?

You don’t want to be weak, and you don’t want to be sharp-tongued.  So how do you find that middle way to speak your mind with confidence?  In this lesson, you’ll learn the three types of personality and how to identify them.  In addition, we’ll explore how these three types deal with situations differently.  By the end of this lesson, it will be easy for you to recognize these three personalities in yourself and other people.

Lesson 7:  How to Be a Confident Person at All Times, Part 1

Are you a doormat?  Do others walk all over you and you give in to them all the time?  You need to change!  We’ll begin this lesson with how to speak in a confident manner.  Furthermore, we’ll cover something that is most difficult for people: how to confront another person with confidence when you want them to change their behavior.

Lesson 8:  How to Be a Confident Person at All Times, Part 2

You can speak in a confident manner, but if your body is not conveying the same message, others will believe your nonverbal communication instead of your words.  You don’t want that!  It’s better to get the respect that comes from both confident words and confident body language.  In this lesson, you’ll learn how to exude confidence through your eye contact, your facial expressions, and your use of space.

Lesson 9:  The Connection Between Social Media and Your Self-Confidence

Social media is all the rage now, but many people are falling into a deep pit of self-pity and unhappiness because they don’t get as many Likes or Shares as their friends.  And social media shows that their friends seem to be having so much fun and are so successful that their own life seems drab.  Don’t let this happen to you!  I’ll teach you how to use social media in a healthy manner.

Lesson 10:  Helping Others be More Self-Confident

Do you see your children struggling and know that they need more self-confidence?  What about adult family members and friends?  Now that you know the skills and tips to be your most confident self, you can help children and other adults achieve the same strength and happiness.  This closing lesson teaches you exactly how to help them.
